With heritage design requirements, and Catherine Park Estate special design guidelines, our team achieved a DA approval with Camden Council in a whopping 9 weeks. The vacant land is part of a new subdivision and is under heritage impact design guidelines. It was challenging and exciting to see our design team dazzle the client and Camden Council with efficient and out of the box designs that complemented the heritage of Oran Park House and introduced contemporary looks at the same time.
